Mm. I'm not really familiar with western ones and since we seem to be coming across them per week, I figured it prudent to fix that. They've been rather informative so far.

Japanese history. The seeking of incredibly specific information is quite similar though.

It's necessary for our line of work. Knowing exactly how history remembers certain events... It's quite difficult to keep history on track if you don't know what happens..!
